We’re like that cool friend who gets you into the VIP room—except it’s your wedding, and your VIP is a dreamy hotel for you and your guests.
Room Blocks are more than just reserving a block of rooms for your group. With the right person on your side, you can not only secure the best rates but also secure exclusive perks for you and your guests. This could be anything from free room upgrades for the wedding couple, to food and beverage credits, free cabanas, or reduced or removed resort fees. It's all in the negotiation and relationships we have.
Getting married at a non-resort location, but still need a great resort or hotel for you and your guests? We can help!

Even if your ceremony takes place on the beach or at a private venue, your guests deserve a stay that feels just as special. With over 20 years in Hawaiʻi’s wedding industry, we’ve personally toured and stayed at the islands’ top resorts and hotels, giving us firsthand insight into what truly stands out. We’ll match you with the best fit for your style and budget, then negotiate your room block, securing the best rates and exclusive perks. Our insider connections turn your Hawaiʻi wedding stay into an effortless, elevated experience.
Along with a minimum of 10 rooms, hotels usually require at least three nights (although some will allow for shorter stays). This is typically the night before the wedding, the day of the wedding and the night after the wedding. Your guests can usually add on extra days at the contracted group rate letting them customize their stay length outside the contracted nights.
Room blocks can be set up in two simple ways. Some couples prefer to reserve and pay for all the rooms in advance, then share their guest list with the resort. Others choose to secure a block of rooms while allowing guests to book and pay directly—usually through a custom booking link created just for your wedding.
